    Kjære leser!

    De siste månedene har korona-viruset gitt oss alle en påminnelse om hvor skjørt livet kan være.

    Det har fått meg til å tenke på mange forskjellige ting i livet og deriblant denne bloggen.

    Ingenting varer evig her i livet og selv om jeg ikke har noen som helst planer om å gi meg som

    matblogger, så ønsker jeg at alt innholdet jeg har produsert over de siste 14 årene skal bevares for

    ettertiden. Jeg kommer til å følge opp dette i fremtiden også, slik at fremtidige blogginnlegg også

    vil komme inn i dette dokumentet.

    Jeg har derfor brukt noe av den ekstra tiden som vi har fått de siste ukene til å konvertere hele

    bloggen til et .pdf-dokument. 14 år med matblogging har resultert i 1398 A4-sider med tekst,

    eller 405241 ord om du vil. At jeg har produsert 1 867 712 tegn (uten mellomrom, 2 265 699 tegn

    med mellomrom) er ganske vilt å tenke på og jeg setter stor pris på alle som har vært med meg på

    reisen.

    Jeg har lagt innleggene inn slik du leser bloggen, altså med de nyeste innleggene først. Alle

    innleggene er nummeret og du kan gå direkte til det innlegget du søker etter fra

    innholdsfortegnelsen. Du kan også bruke søkefeltet i pdf-leseren din til å søke etter stikkord hvis

    det er lettere.

    Jeg vil gjøre oppmerksom på at jeg ikke har redigert innleggene i dette dokumentet på noen måte

    i forhold til slik de fremstår på bloggen. Jeg har imidlertid fjernet alle bildene for å holde

    filstørrelsen nede. Jeg har beholdt alle illustrasjonene jeg har laget, men bildene var det altså ikke

    plass til. Dette er ikke noe jeg har brukt så mye tid på, så et prosjekt for fremtide vil være å lage

    dette dokumentet med bilder.

    Det har vært gøy å lese gjennom gamle innlegg og det er veldig tydelig å se at mye er forandret i

    løpet av årene som har gått. De første årene la jeg også ut bilder av mat jeg lagde uten tekst eller

    oppskrifter, så de fremstår som litt meningsløse når jeg har fjernet bildene. Jeg har likevel valgt å

    ta med disse innleggene for kontinuitetens skyld.
