Four-Phase Design
Phase 1 – Protégé Formal Assessment
Phase 2 – 5-day Immersion Training
Phase 3 – Experiential learning
Phase 4 – Recognition
Phase 1 - Assessment
• Leadership/management interests, values and skills
• 360 degree feedback from: Supervisors, Peers, Direct reports
• Gap analysis and individual feedback reports
• Developmental suggestions and action plan
•Provides a conceptual framework for understanding leadership/management theory and practice
•360 degree protégé assessment analysis
•Leadership Development activities
•Protégé and Mentor pairing
•Blackboard Orientation

• Personal or occupational commitment to addiction field
• Current and potential leadership
• Commitment to fully participate in all activities of 6 month program
