A unique leadership preparation program providing a balance of traditional training seminars, distance learning and field experiences within a six-month timeframe.

The tremendous success of the first Leadership Institute led to a nationwide effort.

Now there are Leadership Institutes held across the country, and you are joining this very unique group of future addiction leaders!

Four-Phase Design

Phase 1 – Protégé Formal Assessment

Phase 2 – 5-day Immersion Training

Phase 3 – Experiential learning

Phase 4 – Recognition

Phase 1 - Assessment

• Leadership/management interests, values and skills

• 360 degree feedback from: Supervisors, Peers, Direct reports

• Gap analysis and individual feedback reports

• Developmental suggestions and action plan

•Provides a conceptual framework for understanding leadership/management theory and practice

•360 degree protégé assessment analysis

•Leadership Development activities

•Protégé and Mentor pairing

•Blackboard Orientation

Phase 2 – Immersion5-Day Intensive Training Session
