6. Use a 9mm socket to tighten the seven (7) ESNAhalf nuts to secure the frame and mesh over thefactory grille. Do not overtighten or you coulddamage the frame by indenting where the studsare located.

7. Apply black paint to the studs on the emblem sur-round to conseal them once the surround isinstalled.

8. Align the emblem surround into place and install ablack plastic washer and an 8-32 ESNA half nutonto each stud and tighten.

9. Reinstall the hardware removed in Step 1 to finishthe installation. Reattach the radiator support coverto the top of the grille if it seperated by snapping itback together.
