All consultations completed. Matter will be re-visited if/when any issues emerge. Letters issued to 12 & 31 Divisions were renewals of existing letters that have been in place for many years. They were renewed for a 6-month period in January pending consultation with stakeholders that has since taken place. Tenant reps ratified the issuance of the letters in April, and directed us to renew all letters on a year-to-year basis going forward. CHU has a seat on the Board of the Weston Community Police Partnership chaired by Cllr. Nunziata and has enjoyed a very close working relationship with both 12 & 31 Division Community Officers for a number of years.

51 All consultations completed. Matter will be re-visited if/when any issues emerge. Due to this CHU being located in the downtown core, surrounded by a transient population, TCHC residents who live in this CHU want this letter to be given to TPS and fully support updating it on a consistent basis. At the July 2005 Tenant Council Meeting, this topic was discussed again, and the Council unanimously confirmed their support for ongoing issuance of Agent of Landlord letters.
