This publication contains information on majorchanges which have occurred as a result of a newlyadded equipment Mitsubishi stability control(Mitsubishi SC).It contains only additions to the original issue. Fordetailed information on inspection of the electricalsystem components, you should refer to thefollowing publications as well as this manual ifnecessary.Note that some wiring harness configurationdiagrams and circuit diagrams are compilationdiagrams containing information for different vehiclespecifications, and actual diagrams may not beidentical to those shown in the manual.

WARNINGS REGARDING SERVICING OF SUPPLEMENTALRESTRAINT SYSTEM (SRS) EQUIPPED VEHICLE
WARNING!(1) Improper service or maintenance of any component of the SRS or any SRS-related component,
can lead to personal injury or death to service personnel (from inadvertent firing of the airbag) or to the driver and passenger (from rendering the SRS inoperative).
(2) SRS components should not be subjected to heat over 93 _C, so remove the SRS-ECU, airbag module (driver�s side and front passenger�s side) and clock spring before drying or bakingthe vehicle after painting.
(3) Service or maintenance of any SRS component or SRS-related component must be performedonly at an authorized MITSUBISHI dealer.
(4) MITSUBISHI dealer personal must thoroughly review this manual, and especially its GROUP52B-Supplemental Restraint System (SRS), before beginning any service or maintenance ofany component of the SRS or any SRS-related component.
