Beginning Thursday, July19, county comrnissionerswill start their regularmeetings at 8 a.m. in theirchambers in the LincolnCounty Courthouse inCarrizozo. County managerTom Stewart said COIn:nU.s­sioners, at a recent meeting,discussed starting their reg­ular sessions earlier espe­cially in the summer. "So Idecided to try the 8 a.m.and see how it works."Stewart told TE1E NEWS.
