Workshop Charge of 1st ILC Workshop at KEK

- Initiate the work for the ILC (pre-GDI) after the technology choice of superconducting RF technology.

- Review the Technical Issues with SC-LC.

- Develop lists of design elements and decide whether they are 1. non-controversial in concept and may only need

some optimization; or 2. should be considered open to reevaluation,

in the conceptual design phase.

- Work according to the list above.

- Present the topics the different groups are interested in, and can contribute to the overall design

1. 빠른 시간 내에우리나라의 참여 정도와 방향에 대하여 우리정부와 의견 조율 및 합의를 하고 ,ILC-Asia 와 협의를 거쳐 ,ILC 에 적극적으로 참여할 방법을 모색한다 .

2. 참여 정도와 방향 제시를 위해서는WG3 에서 토의를 거쳐 합의된 사항을 명확히 하여야 한다 . ( 조직 , 규모 , 사람 등 )

3. 토의와 합의의 기준은ILC 에 참여함으로써 우리나라 과학 / 공학 / 기술 / 산업이 얻을 수있는 Benefit 을 극대화 시킬 수 있는 방향이어야 한다 .

…. 그러나… . 국내 여건은 … ..포텐샬은 있다고 할 수 있지만 , 구체적이고 실제적인 경험이 매우 미미한 상태이다 .

그러나 , 국내 경험 및 기반 구조는 매우 미미한 상태

국제 협력에 개방적이고 , 협조적

협력의 최종 목적이 ILC cavity/cryomodule 의 제작 / 시험만이어서는 안 된다 .
