Membership TiersOur Membership Tiers are designed to meet your business’s needs within the Hutchinson business community. All Chamber Memberships include a core of our most widely used programs and benefits which include:
• Professional Staff & Resources: Chamber staff is available to assist our members with questions, training opportunties, referrals, and more. Hutchinson Chamber & Tourism is also involved with several state and local programs and agencies to bring valuable information and resources to you as business owners, managers, and employees.• E-Newsletters & E-Mail Updates: Chamber staff sends out regular e-mail updates regarding upcoming events, sponsorship & marketing opportunities, legislative updates, and our e-newsletters that allow us to keep in contact with our membership. These emails may be sent to as many employees within your organization as you would like or you may choose to forward them yourself.• Chamber Programs & Events at Member Pricing: Hutchinson Chamber & Tourism offers several events and programs throughout the year. Many are member specific or, if open to the public, have discounted member pricing. • Business After Hours Events: The Hutchinson Ambassadors work with member businesses to host monthly Business After Hours events. These events are open to all employees of our member businesses and allow for face-to-face networking.• Social Media Presence: Due to the importance of social media communication in today’s business world, Chamber staff works to follow, like, and share the Facebook posts and Twitter tweets of our members. • Chamber Board Room Use: The Chamber Board Room is available to our members between the hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday on a first-come, first scheduled basis. This allows our members the opportunity to use an off-site meeting location to host groups up to approximately 20 people with access to Wi-Fi, overhead digital projector, a small kitchenette, and two separate entrances. • Minnesota Chamber Representation: The Minnesota Chamber of Commerce is the state’s largest business advocacy organization. The Minnesota Chamber offers private-sector solutions to public-sector problems. Hutchinson Chamber & Tourism is a Grow MN! partner with the MN Chamber. This program and others offer a statewide aggregate voice on a variety of topics for Hutchinson businesses including growth, expansion, legislation, staffing needs, and more.• On-Line Member Information Page: Each Chamber member receives access to an on-line member portal through www.explorehutchinson.com. The portal allows members to create and update their business information, which is searchable with categories and key-words within our Chamber website, and also through on-line search engines.• Member Business Referrals: Chamber staff refers our member businesses whenever possible. We want to know more about your business so we can share that knowledge with people who call, email, and stop into our office. • FREE On-Line Hot Deals, Job Postings, & Event Listings: Through our membership portal, businesses may submit special sales, job openings, and event listings to our website. Members may log-in at any time to submit their listings. Listings are then reviewed and accepted by Chamber staff on a regular basis.
Non-Profit / Civic Organization Memberships are available to volunteer organizations with less than 3 paid staff. Individual Memberships are available for individual community members who wish to be a part of the Chamber.
