Our leasing options are flexible. We offer an academic lease (Fall and Spring semesters), a Spring semester lease, a Summer semester lease, and a full year lease (Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters). Choose the option that best matches your needs, especially if you plan to participate in the UTSA Study Abroad program, UTSA internships, and/or December graduation.

Don’t lock yourself into an off-campus lease that lacks the flexibility you desire as a student!

Housing ApplicationCHECKLIST

□ Start Your Application OnlineApplying is easy. Start by going to utsa.edu/housing and click “Apply.”

» Log on using your myUTSA ID (abc123) and your passphrase » Select the housing option you wish to apply for» Follow the instructions to begin the application process

□ Pay Your Housing DepositAll applicants who wish to be considered for on-campus housing at UTSA must pay a housing deposit. The total amount of the payment is $300 ($250 deposit and a $50 nonrefundable application fee) and is paid through the online housing application process.

□ Sign Your Housing Contract OnlineOnce we have verified receipt of your application and deposit, you will be able to sign and complete the housing contract. Applicants under 18 years of age will need to print and complete the contract. The applicants are required to have a parent or guardian sign the Guarantor Signature Page. Mail the signature page to the address listed on the form.

□ CommunicateStay in contact with UTSA Housing to verify all requirements have been received and your records have been updated.
