Directions: From the centre of Norwich head north west on the A1067 Fakenham Road crossing over the outer ring road and passing the Asda supermarket on your right. Continue along the A1067 through the traffic lights passing Hellesdon hospital on your left.

Continue along the A1067 heading into Drayton and continue straight on at the traffic lights for another 1.5 miles towards Fakenham. At the staggered cross roads turn right onto Fir Covert Road.

Continue north along Fir Covert Road, passing Taverham Garden Centre on your left. Continue straight over at the new roundabout. The entrance to the sale site will be seen on your right hand side, signed PLG. Please follow the driveway and directions from the marshalls.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. The Purchaser shall be the highest bidder. In the event of a dispute between

two or more bidders as to which is the purchaser the Auctioneers shall either declare the purchaser or at their option immediately re-offer the disputed Lot for sale. The Auctioneers reserve the right of bidding for withdrawing or altering the Order of selling of any lot or Lots.

2. The Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse any bidding and to determine the

amount to be advanced at each bidding. 3. The Vendor(s) reserve the right to place a "reserve price" on any Lot or Lots

and to bid for any Lot or Lots, or instruct the Auctioneer or any other person to bid on his/their behalf.

4. The Purchaser shall if required by the Auctioneers give his name and address

in writing and pay the whole of the purchase money at or before the close of the sale.

5. Each Lot shall be expressly at the risk and cost of the Purchaser at the fall of

the hammer. 6. No Lots shall be removed from the sale premises until paid for. 7. Interest at 1.5 % per month will be charged on all items from the sale day until

paid for. 8. All Lots shall be removed from the sale premises within 7 days unless other

arrangements are made with the Auctioneers. 9. Should the Purchaser fail to comply with the Conditions of Sale any Lot or Lots

will be re-sold by public or private sale at the discretion of the Auctioneers without further notice and the deficiency, if any arising from such re-sale, together with all costs and charges attending such second sale shall be made good by the defaulter at the present sale.

10. The Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse payment by cheque for any Lot

unless prior arrangements for such payment have been made to their satisfaction.

11. All statements contained in this catalogue as to any Lot are made without

responsibility on the part of Irelands or the Vendor. No such statement or description as to any Lot are to be relied on as statements or representations of fact. Any intending Purchaser must satisfy themselves by inspection or otherwise as to the correctness of each of the statements contained in this catalogue.
