ยกเลก Dialog Rail โดยสามารถ snap หนาตางค าสงตางๆกบบรเวณดงตอไปน:

ขอบแนวตงและแนวนอนของ Graphics window

ขอบแนวตงของ Resource bar

โดยการใชเมาสซายลากทขอบดานบนของหนาตางค าสงเขาไปใกลบรเวณดงกลาว กจะท าการ Snap ใหโดยอตโนมต ถาไมตองการให Snap สามารถใชเมาสซายลากพรอมกดป ม Ctrl บนคยบอรดเพอยกเลกออปชนได

หมายเหต ออปชนนใชไดเฉพาะระบบปฏบตการ Windows เทานน

ปรบปรงการเนนวตถในหนาจอการแสดงผล โดยสามารถเลอกไดดงน

ในโหมดการแสดงผลแบบ Shade สามารถเลอกการเนนวตถแบบ See-Thru

ในโหมดการแสดงผลแบบ Wireframe สามารถใชออปชน Wireframe object de-emphasis ใน Visualize preferences ได

Custom Widths enhancements

สามารถก าหนดความหนาเสนในการพมพได 9 ขนาด จากของเดมทมเพยงแค 3 ขนาด ไมวาจะพมพจากค าสง Print, Plot, PDF หรอ CGM นอกจากนน ยงสามารถสรางไฟลเพอก าหนดขนาดความหนาเสน และเกบไวใชงานไดเอง โดยใช Customer Defaults และสรางไฟล Width Definition File (.wdf)

Tip วธไปตงคา Customer Width ใหไปทเมน File→Utilities→Customer Defaults, แลวกดป ม Find Default .

ออปชน Share Geometry on Save สามารถใชเพอลดขนาดไฟล .prt หลงจากการ Save ได ในกรณทไฟลนนมการใชค าสง Extract Geometry

Note สามารถเปดใชออปชน PMI Support for Geometry Sharing ในแทป General ของหนาตางค าสง PMI

Preferences เพอให PMI ตางๆทสรางขนกบวตถทเกดจากค าสง Extract Geometry ตดอยกบวตถตนฉบบ


ในกรณทในไฟลนนมการใชค าสง Extract Geometry เพอแสดงชนงานทอยระหวางขนตอนการผลต หรอไฟลทมชนงานหลายๆชนจากการใชค าสง Extract Geometry

Line widths enhancement

ใชออปชน Width เพอเพมประสทธภาพในการแสดงผลของเสนใน NX

ในเวอรชนกอนจะมความหนาเสนใหเลอกเพยงแค Thin, Normal และ Thick ซงปจจบนจะถกแทนดวยคาความหนา 0.13 mm, 0.18 mm และ 0.25 mm

ในบางอตสาหกรรมหรอบรษททมการก าหนดมาตรฐานในการเขยนแบบและผลต สวนมากตองการใหมคาความหนาเสนใหเลอกใชมากกวา 3 ขนาด นอกจากนยงชวยในการเนนวตถทตองการเหนชดเปนพเศษระหวางการออกแบบไดดวย

Smooth Edges visualization enhancement

สามารถปรบแตงการแสดงผลของเสนขอบผวสมผส หรอ Smooth Edges ในโหมด Shaded with Edges ได 3 แบบดงน

ส ( Color ) ลกษณะเสน ( Font )

ความหนาเสน ( Width )

และยงสามารถก าหนดองศาการสมผสไดดวยวาจะใหผวทตอกนท ามมดวยองศาเทาใดจงจะนบวาเปนผวสมผส โดยก าหนดคา Angle Tolerance ในเวอรชนกอนเราจะสามารถใชออปชนนไดในโหมด Static Wireframe เทานน


เพอใหแยกความแตกตางไดงายขนระหวางขอบของผวสมผส (Smooth edge) กบขอบทเปนมมหรอสน (Sharp edge)

ตวอยาง เชนในกรณทตองการสราง Blend หรอ Fillet กบขอบหลายๆขอบ เราสามารถแยกไดชดเจนวาขอบไหนทสามารถสราง Blend หรอ Fillet ได

Shortcut toolbar

Shortcut toolbar คอ toolbar ทบรรจค าสงทเฉพาะเจาะจงขนอยกบวตถทเราเลอก เชนถาเราเลอกวตถทเปนผวหรอ surface หลายๆชนบนหนาจอ Shortcut toolbar กจะมแตค าสงทใชไดกบ surface ขนมาใหเลอกใชงาน แตถาเราเลอกผวกบเสนรวมกน Shortcut toolbar กจะมค าสงทใชไดกบทง Surface และเสนขนมาใหเลอก กรณทเราไมไดอยในค าสงใดๆเลย เมอเราเลอกวตถบนหนาจอ ไมวาจะหนงชนหรอสองชนขนไป NX จะม Shortcut toolbar ขนมาใหเลอกใชได ดงรป

นอกจากนเมอเลอกวตถในขณะทไมไดอยในค าสงใดๆแลว เรายงสามารถคลกเมาสขวาเพอแสดง Shortcut

menu ขนมาพรอมกบ Shortcut toolbar ได ดงรปดานลาง

เราสามารถท าการก าหนดค าสงเฉพาะใน Shortcut toolbar ได โดยไปท Tools→Customize และสามารถเรยกใชงานไดโดยวธตอไปน

Customizing shortcut toolbars and radial shortcuts

สามารถเพมหรอลบค าสงใน Shortcut toolbar และ Radial shortcut ได โดยใชค าสง Customize toolbar

1. เพมค าสงใน Shortcut toolbar เมอเลอกวตถอยางใดอยางหนง ท าไดโดย เปดค าสง Customize toolbar ดวยการคลกเมาสขวาท Toolbar จากนนเลอกวตถ เมอม Shortcut

toolbar ปรากฏขน ใหกดป ม Ctrl คางแลวใชเมาสซายลากค าสงทตองการเขามาวางใน Shortcut toolbar

เปดค าสง Customize toolbar แลว ท Shortcut toolbar ใหเลอกแถบลกศร จะปรากฏออปชน Add or Remove Buttons จากนนใหเลอกเพมค าสงทตองการ

2. เพมค าสงใน Shortcut toolbar ทวไป

เปดค าสง Customize toolbar แลวเลอกแทป Shortcut Toolbars จากนนเลอก View, All Features หรอ All Objects ในหนาตาง Selected Objects จะปรากฏ Shortcut toolbar วางๆขนมา สามารถใชเมาสลากค าสงทตองการไปวางไดเลย

โดยค าสงในแตละแบบทเลอกคอ View, All Features หรอ All Objects จะปรากฏขนเมอ ค าสงใน View shortcut toolbar จะปรากฏเมอคลกเมาสขวาบรเวณทวางบนหนาจอ Graphic

windowหรอกดป ม Ctrl คางและใชเมาสซายเลอกวตถใดๆบนหนาจอดงรป

ค าสงใน All Features shortcut toolbar จะปรากฏเมอเลอกวตถทเปน feature เชน Extrude, Revolve, Edge Blend เปนตน

ค าสงใน All Objects shortcut toolbar จะปรากฏอยในทกๆ Shortcut toolbar

ล าดบในการแสดงกลมค าสงทง 3 แบบขางตน จะเปนดงในรปดานลาง

รปแบบหนาตางค าสงแบบยอ ( Less ) และขยาย ( More )

สามารถเลอกใหหนาตางค าสงเปนแบบยอ ( Less ) หรอ ขยาย ( More ) ได

เลอกทเครองหมาย Less หรอ More เพอเปลยนรปแบบของหนาตางค าสง ก าหนดรปแบบหรอ Layout ของหนาตางค าสงไดโดยการเลอกออปชน Default Dialog Layout ในหนาตางค าสง User Interface preference

Tip เขาไปหนาตางค าสง User Interface preference ไดโดยไปทเมน Preferences→User Interface แลวเลอกแทปGeneral

นอกจากเลอกรปแบบ Less หรอ More แลว เราสามารถก าหนดรปแบบเองไดโดยการกดเมาสขวาท Dialog

Options ทอยทแถบสด าดานซายบนของแตละหนาตางค าสง และเลอก Save Favorite As

NX จะไมแสดงเครองหมาย Less หรอ More เมอ: เราเลอกใชงาน favorite layout ของหนาตางค าสงนนๆ

สามารถเลอกรปแบบ Less หรอ More ไดจาก Dialog Options แทน ออปชน Default Dialog Layout ใน User Interface preference ถกเลอกใหเปน More

จดศนยกลางการหมนในขณะหมนเปลยนมมมองหรอ Rotate view ไดถกปรบปรงใหดยงขนโดย จดหมนทเปนคาเรมตนจะอยท

จดกงกลางชนงาน ในโหมด Assembly จะอยทกงกลางชนงานทเปน Displayed part ถาชนงานทเปน Work part อยนอก

จอ Graphic window

โดยในขณะหมนเปลยนวว จะมองเหนจดหมนหรอ Center of Rotation ไดซงสามารถเลอกสไดตามตองการโดยเปลยนสของ Handle ในค าสง Visualization preference ดงตอไปน

Preselection จดหมนจะแสดงสนเมออยกงกลางของชนงานทเหนอยบนหนาจอ Active Handle จดหมนจะแสดงสนเมอเราก าหนดจดหมนเองโดยใชค าสง Set Rotation Reference Selection จดหมนจะแสดงสนเมอเราคลกเมาสป มกลางคางทต าแหนงทตองการใหเปนจดหมนแลว

หมนเปลยนวว OrientXpress จดหมนจะแสดงสนเมออยกงกลางของหนาจอพอด

ขอบ ( Edge ) หรอเสน ( Curve ) ซงจะเปนเสนตรงหรอไมกได แกนของ Datum axis

ส าหรบการยกเลก ใหใชค าสง Clear Rotation Reference เพอยกเลกจดหมนหรอแกนทก าหนดไว

NX ไดท าการเปลยนค าสง Geometric Constraints ใหเปนรปแบบหนาตางค าสง หรอ Dialog box เพอใหใชงานไดงายขน

ในการเลอกเสนหรอวตถทจะใส Constraint เราสามารถเลอกวตถหลายๆชนได ในแถบ Settings สามารถเลอกใชออปชนตอไปน:

เปดใชออปชน Automatic Selection Progression เพอให NX เลอนไปท Select Object to Constrain to โดยอตโนมต

เลอกรปแบบ Constraint แบบตางๆทตองการใหขนมาเปนคาเรมตนในกลมใตแถบ Constraint ดานบน

ในเวอรชนกอน การใชค าสง Geometric Constraint เราตองเลอกวตถกอน จงคอยเลอกรปแบบของ Constraint ซงบางครงอาจท าใหสบสนเวลาใชงาน และหากตองการใส Constraint ใหมกตองเรมจากเลอกวตถใหมอกครบ ปจจบนจงปรบเปลยนใหเลอกรปแบบ Constraint กอนจงเลอกวตถทตองการ หากตองการใส Constraint แบบเดมตอกสามารถเลอกวตถตอไปไดเลย

Scale, Uniform

A spline will scale proportionally to keep its original shape when both of its endpoints are moved (that is, when you change the value of a horizontal constraint created between the endpoints).

Scale, Non-Uniform

When both of its endpoints are moved (that is, when you change the value of a horizontal constraint created between the endpoints), a spline will scale in the horizontal direction, but keeps its original dimensions in the vertical direction. The spline appears to stretch.

Note You cannot apply a Scale constraint to a spline if any of its interior defining points are constrained.

Trim

The Trim Recipe Curve command associatively trims curves that you associatively project or intersect into a sketch, and creates a Trim constraint.

Contour Profile ring height Variable-axis contour profile เปนการกดโดยใชดานขางของ tool ซงออปชน Ring Height จะชวยในการเปลยนแนว tool เพอลด scallops ระหวางการกด โดยจดสมผสของการกดจะอยบนชนงาน ทไมมผลกระทบกบเนองาน

2. กงกลางโคง concave corner ถา tool พอทจะเขาไปในสวนโคงนนได
