Pop-On Screw Covers (POSC)

POSC’s provide an attractive solution for concealing fastening or mounting hardware. Used as a set with our Pop-On Screw Base, POSC’s can be used with many different types of nails, screws, bolts, and rivets, ranging from #4 to 1/4-20 in size, including metric sizes M4, M5, and M6.

Polypropylene POSC’s are manufactured in 3 sizes: 4-6, 8-10, and 1/4-20. 4-6 POSC’s are designed for use with #4 & #6 fastening hardware. 8-10 POSC’s are for use with #8 & #10 fastening hardware. 1/4-20 POSC’s are design for 1/4-20 sized hardware. POSC’s are available in over 100 different colors, with gloss or matte finish.

Marbleized Pop-On Screw Covers

A very unique blend of colors with creative molding technology have generated six interesting color combinations we call “Marbleized”. Marbleized POSC’s are used just like our standard POSC’s, as a set with a Pop-On Screw Base. Each part has its own random pattern of color, which blends well with wood or marble-like surfaces. Available with gloss finish only. Manufactured in polypropylene.

Decorative Screw Covers 3

Pop-On Screw Base (POSB)Pop-On Screw Bases are the anchor point for our Pop-On Screw Covers. No special tools are needed to use our bases and covers. Simply apply your fastening hardware through our screw base and tighten. Our Pop-On Screw Covers snap onto the screw base to conceal your fastening hardware. Our screw base will add about 0.020” to the height of the screw cover when assembled. Available for “pan” or “countersunk” fastening hardware. Pop-On Screw Bases are manufactured in natural polypropylene.

Hex Dome Caps fit snugly onto hex head fasteners. Just press it on for a safe, concealed bolt or nut. Hex Dome Caps are offered in 4 popular sizes: 10-32 hex head, 1/4 hex head, 5/16 hex head, and 3/8 hex head. Hex Dome Caps are manufactured from low-density polyethylene and are stocked in color # 001 White and color # 002 Black only. #8 Hex Dome Caps are designed for use with #8 hex cap screws. Apply by pressing the cover onto the hex cap screw. This cover fits snug and will attractively conceal your flush mounted hex cap screws. #8 Hex Dome Caps are manufactured in polypropylene and are available in over 100 standard colors with a gloss finish.

The Hex Hider is a cover that will effectively conceal a hex socket button head cap screw in furniture and appliance assembly, or any other project where an attractive, professional finish is desired. Low Profile Dome Caps

This cover is designed for use with 1/4” hex head bolts and screws. Low Profile Dome Caps are manufactured from polypropylene and will conform to the hex head for a very secure fit. Low Profile Dome Caps are available in over 100 standard colors, with a gloss finish. Low Profile Dome Caps add less than 0.100” height to a hex head cap screw or bolt, and can also be used on 716” hex nuts that are tightened flush onto a 1/4” hex head bolt.

Hex Socket Cap Screw Covers

Hex Socket Cap Screw Covers are designed to conceal and protect hex socket cap screws using lightweight, durable polypropylene molded to a snug fit. No adhesive or special tools are required for application and the covers are easily removed and can be applied again to retain that finished, customized look for your project or application.

The covers have a matte finish with a smooth radius edge on top and cover the entire screw head for standard hex socket cap screws.

Goods considered defective must be reported within 30 days. All request for credit return must follow RMA Procedure prior to return. Delivery of goods returned without authorization will be refused. Minimum charge for restocking is $50.00 or 25% of the invoice value, which-ever is greater. Color coded parts cannot be returned for any reason other than an error by Ark-Plas Products, Inc.

Shipments will not be insured unless requested by the buyer. Orders will be acknowledged with our standard terms of sale, current at the time order is placed.

RMA Procedure: If parts are found to deviate beyond tol-erances, mail samples back to us with your report. Upon our findings, we will then issue an RMA number. No mate-rial or parts will be accepted for credit without an RMA. Unauthorized returns will be shipped back and re-invoiced with a minimum handling charge of $50.00 added.

Extension Screws

Extension Screws are designed to extend any length post by an addi-tional 1/4", 1/2" or 1". Mini Rivets, consisting of a male and female component, are used to fasten a variety of materials by simply pressing the two components together for fast, easy assembly. Male and female rivets are sold and packaged separately. Male Mini Rivets feature a post diameter of 1/8". Mini Rivets are manufactured in natural nylon 6/6.
