Broadoaks is pleased to announce that Bella River will be playing on New Year Eve.

Sit back and enjoy a 5 course meal in our Oaks & Orangery restaurant - socially distanced of course! After dinner, this delightful

couple will turn our restaurant into our very own live lounge.

Bella River is Natalie & Rich, a stylish contemporary duo from Hampshire. They perform a wide variety of modern &

classic covers, in a live-lounge acoustic style.

They have supported & shared the stage with the likes of Billy Ocean, ABC, Alexandra Burke, Tony Hadley, Rick Astley

& many more. They have performed at many prestigious events, including at the Formula 1 Grand Prix Qualifying at Silverstone, Arsenal Emirates Football Stadium, Hyde Park

for the London 2012 Olympics, and more.

In the past, they have had a publishing deal with EMI, worked with Grammy award-winning producers, won the London Roundhouse young songwriters’ competition & received

national radio play, including on BBC Radio 2.

After breakfast, why not blow away the cobwebs with a New Year’s Eve Cruise on Lake Windermere (tickets provided); the views of the surrounding snow covered

mountains truly are a magical postcard memory.

If you’re in the house around lunchtime, order a light lunch from our snack menu or enjoy a Traditional

Afternoon Tea (all made to order), but do leave some room for later!

At Midnight, to our own firework finale, we will say goodbye to a very strange 2020 and welcome in what will hopefully be a much better 2021.

GENERAL TERMS:

1. All prices, unless stated, are per person based on 2 people sharing a room.

2. Children aged 0–2 year no charge, 3-11 years £50 per night, 12-17 years £95 per night. All based on sharing a room with 2 adults (certain rooms only, see ).

3. Two Lake Cruise tickets are included with each room booking, additional tickets may be purchased at reception for £12 each.

4. A deposit of £300 per adult is required to make an initial booking. We advise paying your deposit by credit card so you at least have some cancellation insurance cover via your card.

5. A discount of 25% will be applied to the pricing shown for single occupancy rooms (Bijou rooms only).

6. Dogs will be charged at our standard rate of £25 per night Doggie Dinner Bed & Breakfast (DDBB). See our standard terms and conditions for dogs - section 6 (certain rooms only, see ).

7. NYE ticket only must be paid in full upon booking.

SPECIAL COVID BOOKING TERMS:

50% of deposits will be refundable if cancelled before 1st December. Final payments due on the 1st December. If you cancel after this then, providing we can resell the room, we promise to give you a full refund; if not we will give you a 50% refund.

*To remove an adult from one of the main rooms deduct £550 , to add a child on a sofa bed add £285, to add an additional adult on a sofa bed add £385. This package also includes 4 x adult lake cruise tickets. If adults are removed, so are the tickets.
