• Practice Bunker– Lower lip improves visual of shot– Used excess dirt on construction of 9 tee

Sod replaced and new sod from the nurseryto be added in the spring.

Lowered lip and the green surface can be seen by the golfer.

Turf cover put on for winter health

• 18 Tee– Add 10-15 yards– 5:1 slope– Requires 6 feet of walls (or three 2 foot walls)– Aproximate price of project is $17,000

• 15 Tee– Increase up to 30 yards in length– Remove 4,500 cubic yards of material– Estimate is $67,000
