Rough Guide to Neighbourhood Planning & Vitality, June 2011

3 How long they take to be produced! 3 The sheer persistence, creativity and effort Neighbourhood Forum teams are putting in! 3 The difference a borough/or in fact a planning officer can make! 3 That there is so much ‘proper’ planning speak and not more on detailed design quality and aspiration!3 The power and serendipity of large collaborative workshops and street engagement activities! 3 That there is not more online engagement activity... 3 And so few dealings with developers, housings associations and local authority asset management teams... 3 That there isn’t more clarity on what will happen in 2015 with the government seed funding!
