Dear Mr. President!

On behalf of the Russian Taekwondo Union I am proud to invite you and your National Team

athletes to particpate in the 1st European Senior Taekwondo Championships Olympic Weight

categories which will be held in Nalchik, Russia, on March 26-29, 2015.

The 1st European Senior Taekwondo Championships Olympic Weight Categories is granted as WTF

G1. This sport event has a great importance for the athletes giving the last opportunity to increase

their rank before European Games in Baku 2015. We’ll do our best to arrange the organization and

competition on the highest level. The best international referees will quarantee maximum

transparecy, fair play& impartiality fort he athletes.

4. METHOD OF COMPETITION Competition will be WTF Rules. Single elimination tournament

5. QUALIFICATIONS:

Holder of Nationality of the participating Team.

National Teams members of ETU National Federations .

Every National Team can participate with 2 athletes per weight category

Host Nation: 3 Athletes per weight category.

It is the LAST event at which athletes can gain ranking points for Baku 2015 European Games.

WTF Global License is mandatory for all athletes and Officials.

Holder of Kukkiwon Poom or Dan Certificate

6. CONTEST TIME 2 minute x 3 rounds with 1 minute break

7. AGES SENIORS: An athlete must be born in 1998 and earlier (+17 years)

All competitors have to prove their age by presenting their passport or identification card at the weigh-in. For those athletes that are not adults must submit along with passport a written consent (pls find enclosed at the last pages) at registration signed by parents or lawful guardians, accepting their participation and all parts of the official invitation. Membership from the MNA will be controlled by the Organization.

8. WEIGHT DIVISIONS

Male: -58 kg, -68kg, -80kg, +80kg Female: -49kg, -57kg, -67kg, +67kg

9. PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT & UNIFORM The participants shall wear the WTF recognised Taekwondo Uniform. Daedo PSS and sensing Head gears will be used at this Tournament and will be provided by the OC. All athletes must bring their own Daedo sensor socks. Groin/Forearm/shin guards and Gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestants. Head Gear only blue and red colour is permitted Mouth piece is compulsory!(Only white or transparent)

Changes of weight divisions after the deadline are allowed - Cost: 25€.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: AT LATEST 17th

March, 2015 Entries after deadline will not be accepted. Entries will stop when we reach 1500 players. Please upload the photos of competitors and officials.

IMPORTANT: If the athlete registered on-line does not take part in the competition for some reason, but he/she has not been removed from the list of participants before the deadline (17

th MARCH, 2015) his/her team officially must

fully (100%) pay his/her entry fee for participation.

11. REFEREES: Only International Referees will be accepted. An official invitation for the referees will be sent by the ETU Referee Chairman. International Referee training at 09:00- 16:00, Wednesday 25 March2015 at Resort Chaika Hotel, the Official hotel for the Referees.

12. ENTRY FEE: € 80.00 (Euro) for each Contestant

The Entry Fees must be paid in EURO’S and please have in mind that it is your responsibility to arrange any additional payment on currency or bank charges. If there are any additional charges on the account of the European Taekwondo Union then it should be paid by cash during the registration. All payments must be done by the team (individual payments are not allowed). 13. Entry Fees must be paid before the dead line (17th

March, 2015) Note: Reservation and Registrations are only valid when payment have been received and confirmed by the

bank and the organizer.

Incomplete application forms or applications without entry fees are invalid and will be sent back.

Applications and payments shall be sent at the same time. Receipt of entry fees, hotel accommodations and applications shall be sent by e-mail.

Payment must be done per team or club

Hotel reservations that are cancelled after March 5th

, will be fined % 50 of the total hotel reservation cost.

Hotel reservations that are cancelled after 15th

March 2015 will be fined %100 of the total hotel reservation cost.

DAEDO Electronic Body Protectors and censoring head gears will be provided by the OC, for all the competitors.

Only WTF approved equipment will be allowed to use in this tournament (even dobok etc.)

groin/forearm/shi guards and gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestants.

Mouth piece is compulsory ! (White or transparent)

All the players must bring their own full equipment except body protector.

Only competitors and coaches have admittance to the field of play.

Coaching is only allowed in sportswear.

All coaches must be 18 years or older.

First Aid will be provided by the organization and is only to be used in case of an Emergency

All Coaches- Trainers must be holders of the ETU License (granted by the ETU Coaches Seminars) Coaches- trainers who are participating in the Tournament without ETU Coach License will have to pay a fine of 200 euros in the registration desk to ETU Official .

14. INSURANCE:

The organisation and supervisor assume no responsibility for teams, any damages, violence, loses and injures during the stay in Turkey.

All contestants must bring their own documents and forms for any medical treatment in Russia. If not, this will have to be paid cash.

16. HEAD OF TEAM MEETING & DRAWING OF LOTS SESSION i. The head of team meeting and the drawing of lots session shall be conducted on Wednesday

25/03/2015 , in the presence of OC , the representatives of the participating National Teams. 17. WEIGH-IN

i. Weigh-in of the contestants shall be completed one day before their scheduled competition day. ii. During the weigh-in, male contestants shall wear underpants and female contestants shall wear

underpants and brassieres. However, contestants may weigh-in in the nude if they want to do so.

18. INDEMNITIES

i. The respective MNA shall be responsible for ensuring that their participants have validly completed and signed the official participation forms, thus indemnifying the organizers, its officials and other contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatalities or otherwise arising in the course of participation in this tournament or any activities thereto.

ii. The respective MNA shall be responsible for ensuring that all officials and participants are covered with effective insurance coverage.

iii. Participants without proper participation entry forms and effective insurance coverage will not be allowed to compete at the championships.

iv. The Organizing Committee will acquire general insurance, at its own expenses, for all participants of the tournament, including but not limited to contestants and staffs, in the event of any injury and/or damages that may arise during the course of the championships.

The nearest International airports are in the cities Mineralnye Vody and Nalchik. All the participants, who booked their Accommodation with the OC, will be provided with the transportation from/to Airport (Mineralnye Vody or Nalchik) – Hotel – Sporthall for free.
