• Retired: pensioners will receive their pension, Cash Award in lieu of Accumulated Leave (GCR) and Gratuity. (Financial / debt management?).
• Pensioner Card: medical benefits, discount at selected merchant. (It is listed?).
• Annual increment in pension : 2%. (Expected to increase?).• Period for payment of pension to widower (marriage after
retirement) was extended from 12½ years to 20 years.
