Creation of Master forms in Library Soft
We can create several master records in library Soft, so there would be no hassle to enter similar data again and again. Creating a Master record makes the user easier to insert the data and chances of data duplicity becomes negligible.
There are several master forms in-built in Library Soft.
In following slides we can see the uses of master forms.
Country Master
In Country Master we can insert name of several countries with their ISDCodes and currencies respectively.
Throughout the software we can use the country name (which are already inserted) wherever it is required .
State Master
In State Master we can insert the states with their respective countries.
City Master
In city Master We can insert the City Name with their respective states and their country names.
User Master
In User master we can create a different user and its password apart form the administrator.
User Permission master
In User Permission Master, We can assign Limited privileges' to different users as Soft as to the administrator so the user can see and do only specific changes according to administrator’s choice.
Author Master
In Author master we can insert several Author names and use them through out the software wherever they requires.
Publisher Master
In Publisher Master We can save the records of each and every publisher with their respective addresses and their contact numbers.
Almera Master
In Almera Master We can Insert the name of Almera according our requirements.
Rack Master
In this master form we can insert Rack Name with its respective almera.
Bin Master
In Bin Master, we can create a record of bin with its rack details and bin start and bin end details.
Subject Group Master
We can create Subject Group and number of papers in every subject with the help of this master .
Subject Master
In Subject Master We can insert the subject name, its group, type of the subject and whether it’s a practical subject or not.
Book Master
In this form we can insert the record of book, its edition, publication information with its subject group information.
Book Accessories master
With the help of this form we can keep the track of accessories which comes with the book.
Binding Type master
In Binding type master we have to insert the record related to binding(what kind of binding like spiral or cardboard) and charges.
University Master
In University Master form we can insert the data for the university.
Religion Master
In Religion Master we can insert the name of all religions whichever is required.
Category Master
In category master we can insert the category of the student like General, O.B.C, S.C. or S.T.

In this particular form we can insert the data for stream and categorize the streams like Arts , Science , and commerce.

Book Purchase Entry
We can insert the complete data of book purchase like its vendor name, bill number and dates.
Book Location Entry
We can use this form in order to check the location of particular book.
Book search
With the help of this book search form we can find the booksThere are several search options to find out books and theirs related accessories.It’s a very useful feature of software.
Book Issue Entry
In this form we can insert data for the book which is going to be issued.Rest of the details can be filled with the several other masters.
Book return Entry
In Book Return Entry, we can perform the return of every book. Rest of the details will be auto filled.
Write off Entry
In this form, we can insert the data for those books which are in bad condition and need to be replaced.
Book Binding Issue Entry
In this form we can insert the data for those books which are going for binding and we need to mention in our database that particular books are going for binding.
Book Binding Return Entry
In this form we can process the return of those books which came back from the binder’s place
Book Location Entry Report
In this form we can get the reports of each and every book location.
Book Issue Report
We can fetch the report of Book issued within a particular date range and with all kind of members.
Write Off Books Report
We can take the print out within a particular date range and get the print out and the type of write off i.e. bad condition books, lost, not returned.
Book Binding Issue Report
We can fetch the report of those books which are gone for binding.We can sort and print the types as Soft like Binder or Binding Type.We can print the report(hard copy).
Book Binding Return Report
We can print the report for Book Binding return. We can take the Print according to two criteria like different kind of binders.
