Window A/C Unit NeededThe church is in need of a window A/C unit of 12-15K BTU.  If anyonehas one to donate it would be greatly appreciated.  This will be usedfor the chapel building which is now used to store church items.  Theoriginal air conditioners were stolen a few years ago and a window unitwould help to contain the mold/mildew for appropriate storage.  Thankyou.

GENERAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION OPEN!    

General Conference will culminate our 50th Anniversary year so weare excited to announce the theme for this global gathering, ourworldwide jubillee is: Celebrate! 

Mark your calendar and register today as we celebrate the 50thAnniversary of Metropolitan Community Churches at GeneralConference in Orlando, Florida, USA 1-5 July 2019.  This conference will kick-off with an event on Sunday night toremember our history, so plan to come early. The week will featuremore celebrations of our history and our future as we gather toworship, tell stories, dream, plan, and learn together. You can expectexcellent worship, meaningful workshops, fun entertainment, andchallenging plenaries.

We are making some exciting changes to the program in honor ofour 50th Anniversary that include: a day-long plenary focused onbeing a local and global human rights church, worship that honorsour international diversity, and even a half-day off to go to areatheme parks. Feb, March 2018 I saw this couple perform a few years ago at the Port Charlotte Library

and enjoyed the show. Perley learned Portuguese and sings in it

fluently, although English is her native language. There is no charge for

the performances and you should enjoy the show.
