AV515 Polyurethane AdhesiveAV515 is a one component solvent-free, quick-setting, Polyurethane Adhesive that reacts with humidity to cure. Fully cured AV515 has a strong highly water resistant bond (D4 classification) and is also suitable for the exterior woodwork and in marine environments.

Application: AV515 has excellent adhesion to all common building materials like wood, plas-terboard, particleboard, aluminium, iron, steel, sheet metal, polystyrene foam, insulation foam, concrete, F.C. sheeting, brick, masonry, veneer, melamine, and many plastics (testing is recommended) and many other common substrates. AV515 will adhere all of these product, provided one of the two surfaces contains moisture. The product will NOT cure if there is no moisture available from the substrate, e.g. bonding glass to glass is not possible. Initial set within 60 minutes, full cure within 24 hours. This can be effected by changes in air temperature and humidity as well as the moisture content of the items being bonded.
