DESCRIPTION
"This is a topographical map of our area around New Paris surveyed in 1908. If you look closely, you will find small black squares for dwellings that existed at that time. I got this map in the 1960's and drew the red lines which were the rural delivery mail routes followed by my father, Charles C. Cuppett. He delivered mail for over 40 years and the route was over 40 miles long. This is why a New Paris address (for mail purposes) was from almost Schellsburg to Cessna." Commentary by Cecil Cuppett.
