On behalf of the European Association of Cardiothoracic Anaesthesiology (EACTA) and the Local Organising Committee we cordially invite you to attend the EACTA Annual Congress 2017 from 19th to 21th of April 2017 in Berlin, Germany.

With more than 800 members from 61 countries, EACTA is one of the largest societies dedicated to the anaesthesiological and intensive care treatment of patients with cardiovascular disease. The annual Congress is an important forum of this Society and typically attended by more than 700 European and non-European physicians, perfusionists, nurses and allied health personnel. Moreover, we are happy to be traditionally joined by speakers and participants from all over the world and especially by our colleagues and friends from the Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists from the USA. More than 70 symposia, pro-con sessions, workshops, and poster discussions will cover a broad spectrum of topics related to the field and beyond, including sessions dedicated to the most recent developments of cardiac surgery and interventional cardiology. Additionally, there will be ample opportunities for discussions with the participants during the breaks and in the industrial exhibition. All together, the EACTA 2017 Annual Congress will be a perfect opportunity for you to present your products and to advance communication and cooperation with clinicians and key opinion leaders in the field of cardiovascular anaesthesiology.

Exhibition The congress and exhibition will take place at Maritim Hotel Berlin. All catering breaks will take place within the exhibition area. Exhibition Dates Build-up: 18 April 2017 from 14.00 Exhibition period: 19 – 21 April 2017 Prices Price per square metre: € 555 excl. VAT. The minimum stand size is 6 sqm. and the minimum rental fee is € 3.330 excl. VAT. Nearly all sizes can be accommodated. The fee for exhibition opportunities will be subject to the reverse charge mechanism when supplied to taxable companies established in the EU in accordance with art 44 EC VAT Directive applicable as of January 2011. Invoices will be issued without VAT and the company VAT number must be noted on the invoice. The fee will be subject to German VAT for taxable persons and companies established in Germany and countries outside the EU. The stand rental includes:

We reserve the right to increase the stand rent insofar as, and to the extent to which taxes, VAT or other charges (including purchase tax or the like) according to law is imposed on exhibition material and/or stand rental. The Exhibition is being sold as floor space only. If you require any additional exhibition items (furniture, light, audio-visuals, flowers etc.) please refer to the Exhibitors’ Manual. Exhibitor registration The Exhibitor Registration entitles to:

Additional Exhibitor registrations can be purchased for € 250 Allocation of exhibition space Space allocation will be made on a first come first served basis. A completed exhibition booking form and contract should be returned to ensure reservation of a desired location. Terms of Payment for Sponsorships and Exhibition Stand Space

The total exhibition and sponsorship fee will be invoiced once the signed ‘Binding Order Form’ has been received. Payments can be made in Euro through bank transfer (detailed information will be informed on invoice). Please put “EACTA 2017”, invoice number and the name of your company in the reference, and make sure that there will be no costs to the beneficiary.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be received in writing. A cancellation charge of 50% of the total sponsorship fees will apply to cancellations received between 6 and 2 months prior to the Congress. For cancellations received later than 18 February 2017 a 100% charge of the fee will be applied.
