THE OWNERS VIEWTHE OWNERS VIEWTHE OWNERS VIEWTHE OWNERS VIEW"What attracted us to the house when we bought it wasits lovely traditional features and the warm feel it had toit. It gave us enough room to have a lot of peopletogether but also for us to have our own individualspace. Since buying the house in 2008 we have madequite a few alterations but always kept them in traditionwith the property. Our favourite rooms are the LivingRoom and Kitchen which both have beautiful fires andare really cosy in the winter. We will all miss the house's charming features and spaceit offers us as a family. The fire in the kitchen makes itcosy in winter. The location is really good too. It is nottoo central but in easy reach of Hessle Square andtransport (train station and bus stops) and near to localshops, cafés and restaurants."

RECENT IMPROVEMENTSRECENT IMPROVEMENTSRECENT IMPROVEMENTSRECENT IMPROVEMENTS"When we bought the property it hadn't been updatedfor a number of years and had a real 1970's feel to it.Since then we have made major changes to the majorityof the rooms. We have opened up the Kitchen and made it one roomwith new units including an integrated microwave andcoffee maker. The upstairs bathroom was in need of acomplete overhaul so that the toilet and bathroom arenow together plus a large shower area with a 'rainfallshower.' We've put a downstairs toilet in the utility room

as the house only had one toilet and we have alsoredecorated right through. The insulation has been increased we added a newboiler which makes the house nice and warm and muchmore energy efficient.Outside we have added a nice decking area in thegarden and made it very manageable plus new fencingwhich gives a better amount of privacy to the garden."
