Dear Friend of Calvary,

Plans for this year’s annual golf tournament are underway. This year’s four-person scramble will be held FRIDAY, MAY 29, 2020, at Tanglewood Golf Course in Fulton. There will be flights at 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Participants in both flights are invited to lunch from 11:30-1:00 p.m. Awards will be given as soon as scores are posted at the end of the afternoon flight.

Calvary’s golf tournament has been a great blessing generating over $220,000 in 15 years. Funds from this tournament are used to assist Calvary families with student tuition assistance. Last year’s financial need totaled nearly $130,000, and assisted 52 students. It was a blessing that the tournament raised $20,000 to help toward meeting this need. You can see the importance of Calvary’s golf tournament.

There are two ways you can support this wonderful event. One is by forming a team and playing in the tournament, or becoming a tournament sponsor. Sponsorship opportunities are listed below. A more detailed list of what each sponsorship includes is attached:

In the near future, a golf committee member will contact you to ask for your help. Your contribution will directly benefit Calvary students. We realize there are a number of golf tournament fund-raisers available to you, but your contribution to this effort impacts our young people for years to come.
