Training and education of the TMC staff learning-phase of new operators more than 3 months
basic sessions with dedicated specialists more in-depth as skills develop and experience grows
mostly "learning by doing" with other operators
education sessions for new VMS systems local training sessions arranged tunnel systems are a big challenge live training interface(s) !
the use of "pioneers" 1-2 operators / office attend sessions common to all offices pioneers share information further at local offices
