Arrival and Dismissal Reminder All students and families must enter and leave through the main Narthex doors. The door by the Pre-K is only to be used by Pre-K families. There are some families not abiding by this policy.
Recess Temperature Policy Reminder Our school policy is to go out for recess during the winter months whenever the windchill is above 20 degrees. Therefore, please make sure your children have proper gloves, hats and scarves along with their winter coats!
Student Council - Selling FROG Bracelets and Pins Between 8:10-8:30 on Wednesday mornings Student Council members will be selling FROG bracelets and pins for $2.00 a piece. The sale will be held in the Narthex on Wednesdays until they are sold out.
A World At Christmas Highlights
Kroger Rewards Time As of November 24th, Kroger has updated all Community Rewards homepages with your 2nd Quarter individual Community Rewards earnings. The earnings reflect your shopping at Kroger between 7-31-2016 and 10-30-2016. All submissions must be received in the Parish Office by January 31, 2017 in order to apply your credits to your tuition account. Keep in mind anything printed prior to November 24th is from the previous quarter and those numbers have been replaced with 2nd quarter earnings. Make sure you take ALL the steps needed to show that St. Patrick of Heatherdowns is shown as the recipient of your earnings. SPH must be listed as recipient of funds as well as a print date shown on the document to verify the correct quarter is being reported. Questions should be emailed to: [email protected]

Winter Gear Needed The Parish Outreach Committee is collecting clean used coats (all sizes) for those in need in our area. They are also collecting gloves and blankets. If you would like to donate please place your donations by the Outreach board in the Narthex. Donations will be collected until January 15th. Thank you for helping those in need stay warm this winter.
