New powertrain – greaTer enDurance anD TranSporT capacITythe John Deere 1510E it4 Forwarder is equipped with forest-tough bogie axles, V-groove axle mounts, frames, and a middle joint. these features enable a larger log transport capacity, as well as exceptional uptime throughout the life of the machine.

One of the toughest pieces of forest machinery on the market, the 1510E it4 is available with a re-designed headboard, for improved durability, visibility, and a larger cross-sectional area (wide-load-space option) for more logs per load. Optional Variable Load Space (VLS) and Active Load Space (ALS) enable highly flexible transport capacities and lower the machine gravity point for even faster forwarding in difficult terrain.

Heavy-duty John Deere Duraxle™ bogies are designed to carry high loads in tough terrain and over long distances. Not only are they durable, but the frame-mounted V-groove axle bears up to 20-percent-higher dynamic side loads. Robust and standardized components, such as middle joints, maximize machine performance and ease service and parts availability.

iBC is an optional power-control feature that allows the operator to precisely place the boom tip. instead of independent boom joint movements, iBC enables more relaxed, faster loading — and ultimately enhances productivity even more.

the optional CF7S boom provides almost eight-percent-more lift torque compared to the standard CF7.
