PARKING

Standard self-parking is $4.50 per hour or $23 daily

maximum. Wedding guests will have complimentary self-

parking during the event. Valet is available upon request

at $200.00 per Valet Attendant . (1) per 10 cars.

GUEST COUNT

Guaranteed guest counts are due (10) business days

prior to your event. Final counts are due (72) business

hours prior to your event.

PAYMENT

25% deposit is required with signed contract to secure

your event. Final payment is due (10) business days

prior to your event. Acceptable methods of payment for

your final balance are cash, certified bank check or credit

card. A credit card must be kept on file for incidentals.

SERVICE CHARGE & SALES TAX

Package pricing and all affiliated charges are subject to a

24% taxable administrative fee and 6.35% sales tax.

MENU TASTING

Complimentary menu tasting for bride & groom will occur

(2) months prior to contracted event and will be scheduled

by your catering manager. Each additional guest $25.

BARTENDERS

Bartender fee $150++ per bartender. (1) per 100 guests.

CEREMONY

Hotel ceremonies will have a room set-up fee of $750++.

Additional charges may apply due to set-up complexity.
