14 Ways to Have Fun During the

Covid-19 Outbreak

Hi Everyone!

We know that these are difficult times as we endure the COVID-19 outbreak. We want to give some suggestions on safe, fun activities to do at home.

*physician must give approval prior to completing any exercise

1) Vote on a meal of choice. 2) Set up a panel of judges for taste testing. 3) Create awards.4) Vote on the best! 5) Hold an award ceremony. 6) Enjoy!

Cook-Off!

5) Follow the instructions of the painting instructor.

6) Display the paintings in a safe place to dry.

1) Have one staff be the painting instructor.

2) Set up each resident with a canvas, painting supplies, and their favorite drinks/snacks.

1) Have the staff teach residents on their favorite baking dish.

2) Get the residents to assist in the process.3) Decorate the dish once complete; ex:

cookies.

Have an Easter Egg Hunt

● Fill Easter eggs with candy ● Have the staff hide Easter eggs● Residents will be given a start

time and collect as many eggs as possible

● Have residents trade candy with each other at the end of the Easter egg hunt

1) Fill Easter eggs with candy, stress balls, key chains, silly bands, mini-bubbles, mini-lotions, chapstick, etc.

2) Have the staff hide Easter eggs.3) Residents will be given a start time and

● Have the staff drive residents to a local trail

● Enjoy the hike with each other
