1.0.JOB TITLE:

132kV Protection Relay Calibration in Compliance to ABE 1990

& Peraturan-peraturan Elektrik 1994.2.0. JOB SECTION:

132kV Incomer- MCC 900.3.0.JOB DESCRIPTION:

To supply skilled manpower, all tools and equipment to test, calibrate & generate test reports for items in Appendix 1.4.0. JOB SCOPE OF CONTRACTOR:

4.1 Mobilization & demobilization.

4.2 Bring necessary tools such as but not limited to test wires, plugs, sockets, interfacing devices, computer program etc for the successful completion of the job.

4.3 To have proper discussion prior to commencement of work.

4.4 The whole job as specified in Appendix 1 to be completed within allocated time frame which will be specified later.

4.5 The contractors main contact persons are: (Pls indicate name, HP) a)

4.6 The contractor is not permitted to sub-contract the work

in whole without the principal (Main contact person) at site during work. 4.7 The contractor shall start mobilization of work within two (2) days

notice. However the approximate date will be given much earlier.4.8 The contractor shall submit detail activity list & total manpower for PCSBs review prior to mobilization.

4.9 All relay calibration must be done with at least three (3) different points for IDMT curve.

4.10 All relays parameter & configuration settings to be documented before and after testing. This is to be submitted in official calibration report.

4.11 All relays parameter settings / configuration settings must be delivered in soft copy DIGSI file format (if applicable) and PDF file format along with calibration certificates.

4.12 Calibration sticker with due date two (2) years from the execution date to be applied immediately on the device upon calibration. (Old stickers to be removed & adhesives cleaned properly)4.13 Official calibration report to be delivered to PCSB representative within two (2) weeks from the date of calibration works.

5.0.JOB SCOPE OF PCSB:

5.1 To arrange for supply outage & switching of 132kV system.

To provide any information necessary for the job.

6.0.TERMS & CONDITIONS:

6.1 Contractor must follow all PCSB rules, regulations and take all safety precautions during working at site. 6.2.Contractor to attend safety briefing arranged by PCSB before carry out the works.6.3 Only trained / competent personnel shall attend and execute the works.

6.4.Contractor must be in proper attire and bring along own safety helmet and safety shoes that are in good condition.6.5.PCSB does not bind itself to accept the cheapest or any offer submitted.6.6.Contractor must clean and tidy up the area after job completion or PCSB will charge accordingly for the clean up work. 6.7.Job completion is subject to satisfaction of PCSB representative.6.8.Any additional parts or accessories repair or replacement to be agreed & certified by PCSB representative prior to rectification or replacement. 6.9.The Contractor will be responsible to make good, replace any damages done to PCSB equipment or properties during the job at contractors own cost.6.10.Successful tendered party must provide Socso or workman compensation for their staff who is engaged to work in PCSB.6.11 The contractor shall comply with ABE 1990 & Peraturan-peraturan Elektrik 1994 when doing the job.7.0.TENDER VALIDITY:Not applicable8.0.WARRANTY:No loose connections in any part of relays or accessories, etc for a period of 2 years from calibration date.
