    As we near the end of the school year a lot of exciting activities are planned. To helpthem run smoothly we hope you will take a moment to review our volunteer needslisted on PAGE 2 of this newsletter.

    The week of May 6-10th is Teacher Appreciation Week. During this week the HospitalityCommittee hopes that you will join them in honoring our teachers. They are looking forseveral volunteers to help them organize and collect items for their planned events.Their contact info is below and on PAGE 2.

    The MMCI Auction is also rapidly approaching and there are still many volunteeropenings that need to be filled on the day of the event, May 10th. If you can help outplease take a moment to visit the signupgenius.com website, the link is found on PAGE2 of this newsletter. You can sign up there or contact Beth Russo with questions. Allthe jobs currently open are also listed in this newsletter. There is a job available for allinterested parties. Please sign up today!

    Who are they?

    Gingy Socash and Victoria Mason are co-chairs for this committee. To contact them you can email them [email protected] and [email protected].

    What do they do?

    This committee organizes the meals for teachers on parent conference days and during Teacher Appreciation

    Week. In the past this committee also has completed welcoming activities on the first day of school.How can you help?

    They need new members to help! They would love some energetic volunteers to help them organize all theirevents and become committee members. If interested please email them. It is not too late to start this year.The first day of school activities need to be organized over the summer.

    Mark your calendars-TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK IS MAY 6-10, 2013!

    This year the committee will be collecting donations for teacher meals and gifts. They also encourage studentsto think about writing letters to their teachers to express their gratitude during this week.
