Dr. Mohammad Haqqi, MBBS, FRCPC, completed his specialty training in internal medicine and cardiology at Queen’s University in

Kingston, Ontario in 2014. In 2003, Dr. Haqqi completed a bachelor of medicine and surgery in Kuantan, Malaysia, followed by a

postgraduate general internship at Taiping General Hospital in Malaysia. He was also a physician-in-training at Burnaby General

Hospital for two years before joining the residency program at Queen’s University.

As a clinical cardiologist, Dr. Haqqi has an interest in cardiovascular rehabilitation and cardiac imaging. In 2014, Dr. Haqqi became a

staff cardiologist at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie, Ontario.
