Hardware 123Cloud provides brand-independent hardware at competitive
rates. A basis confi guration starts from € 7,300.00
Software 1. Enomaly – from € 900.00 per Server (based on 12 cores)
2. Eucalyptus – € 1,200.00 per Server (based on 4 cores)
Licenses 1. OS-independent – price is in line with SPLA
2. Applications – price is in line with SPLA Consultancy
Consultancy from € 90.00 per hour, excluding call-out charge and/or
accommodation expenses.
Implementationfrom € 90.00 per hour, excluding call-out charge and/or accom-
modation expenses.
Management from € 69.00 per hour.
Supportcalculated from the response point to the resolution point during
offi ce hours on a 24x7 contract whereby a basic Support
contract starts at € 6.50 per hour.
Your Cloud infrastructure consists of the following components:
• Hardware (brand-independent)
• Software (Cloud platform)
• Licenses (operating system – applications)
• Consultancy (advice – design – training)
• Implementation (project plan – documentation)
• Management (support for hard- and software)
• Support (support in case of incidents)

In addition to these components, the fi nal price depends on the size
of your current IT environment and its expected growth.
By using the 123Cloud platforms, you may yourself become a Cloud
distributor on your own infrastructure, whereby you buy in the
necessary expertise in the form of Consultancy, Implementation,
Management and Support from 123Cloud.
The prices stated for the templates of 123Cloud also determine those
that you charge your own clients: you may charge more, but never
less.

Data traffi cEach server template has 500 GB of data traffi c free to use each month.
Additional costsIf you or your clients need additional services, you may choose from the following options:

Ubuntu, Debian, Gentoo, Open Solaris (Linux fl avours) included
Extra disc space (per volume:) € 10.00 per 50 GB
Data transfer (over 500 GB) € 0.10 per GB
Each server template has a certain capacity, in other words if you decide on two servers, there will
be two templates. The prices will be calculated according to actual usage, with the assumed monthly
usage being 720 hours over 30 days.

Each server template has as standard a processor, memory and 20 GB of storage space.
Users may decide for themselves which software is installed. Linux is supplied as standard, while for
Microsoft Windows you may choose an SPLA model or a purchase on your own licence. If you would
