1. GENERAL NOTES SHALL BE APPLICABLE FOR ALL TEMPERATURE CONTROL DRAWINGS.
2. WIRING AND SYSTEM CONTROL VOLTAGES SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERSRECOMMENDATIONS, NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE AND THE ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS.
3. WIRING FOR THE DIRECT DIGITAL CONTROLS SHALL BE BY TEMPERATURE CONTROLS CONTRACTOR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
4. DDC AND CONTROL INTERLOCK WIRING BETWEEN COMPONENTS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITHOUT INTERMEDIATE STOPS. WIRESPLICING AT INTERMEDIATE TERMINAL STRIPS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
5. ELECTRICAL WIRING SHALL BE IN RACEWAY.
6. TWO SEPARATE CONDUIT SYSTEMS SHALL BE FURNISHED, ONE FOR AC WIRING AND THE OTHER FOR DC WIRING.
7. SIZE CONDUIT TO FILLED AT 40% CAPACITY.
8. TC CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AUXILIARY PANELS AS REQUIRED FOR PANEL MOUNTED EQUIPMENT SUCH AS RELAYS,TRANSDUCERS, ETC. AUXILIARY PANELS SHALL BE LOCATED NEXT TO DDC PANEL AND SHALL HOUSE EQUIPMENT ASSOCIATEDWITH DDC PANEL.
9. REMOTE FIELD DEVICES SUCH AS RELAYS, ETC. SHALL BE HOUSED IN AN ENCLOUSRE PROVIDED BY THE TC CONTRACTOR.
10. ALL CONTROL DEVICES INCLUDING CONTROL VALVES, CONTROL DAMPERS, AND CONTROL ACTUATORS ON TEMPERATURECONTROL DRAWINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED BY TEMPERATURE CONTROLS CONTRACTOR, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. DAMPERSIZE AND LOCATIONS ARE INDICATED ON MECHANICAL DRAWING FLOOR PLANS.
11. DUCT SMOKE DETECTORS SHALL BE FURNISHED, INSTALLED, AND WIRED TO FIRE ALARM SYSTEM BY THE ELECTRICALCONTRACTOR. TEMPERATURE CONTROL CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE SMOKE DETECTOR WIRING INTERLOCK TO MOTORSTARTERS.
12. CONTROL VALVES FURNISHED BY TEMPERATURE CONTROLS CONTRACTOR SHALL BE INSTALLED BY MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR.ALL PIPE PENETRATIONS REQUIRED FOR SENSOR INSTALLATIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR.
13. ELECTRICAL POWER REQUIRED FOR CONTROLS SHALL BE PROVIDED BY TC CONTRACTORS UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE FROMDESIGNATED CIRCUITS WITHIN NEAREST ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION PANEL.
