Sacrament of Baptism

Baptisms will be on Saturdays at 12:00PM. Parents must be registered parishioners

of Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Peace & St. Veronica Parish

or another Catholic Parish. All parents are required to attend a Pre-baptismal

Seminar which are held bi-monthly. Please contact the Parish rectory to make

arrangements for this seminar.

Eucharistic Ministers are used to help the priest distribute the Most Blessed Sacrament. They

are called from the community to serve. We are looking for faithful parishioners to serve as

Eucharistic Ministers at weekend Masses. It is usually once every three weeks. Father Beck is having a Eucharistic Minister training class on Monday, August 28th for anyone wishing to be one. Please call the Rectory Office at 570 226-

Marian Movement of Priests

Prayer Cenacle at Queen of Peace

Church.

Meet Sunday evening at 7pm. We start with a hymn , then the Rosary. After the rosary, a

reading from Fr. Gobbi's Blue book of Marian, then we recite the Consecration to the

Immaculate Heart of Mary. A reading from Scripture follows, then we recite a Divine

Mercy chaplet and a closing Marian Hymn.
