Wearing PJs can make you feel warm and snug but it disrupts the body’s need to have a lower

temperature at night. Sleeping naked can help your body stay cool.

Changing out of our ‘day clothes’ means we’re reluctant to go out once inside. If you keep your

clothes on until bedtime, you’ll have one less excuse to step outside.

The release of anti-aging hormones, like melatonin and growth hormones, is disrupted by warmth. Sleeping in the buff will allow the

Sleeping naked allows you to rest properly, which lowers cortisol levels, the hormone

Not only is sleeping in the buff good for your health, it is also good for your wallet. You won’t

spend any additional cash  on clothes that you wear to bed

Most of us learn to hide our bodies behind layers of clothes. At one level, this can make

us feel ashamed and insecure about our bodies. Sleeping naked helps boost your body

Especially body parts like the armpits, genitals, and feet, which are restricted all day (especially in the winters) and need

to be “aired out”.
