Never Feeling Good Enough

capabilities and feels insecure SYMPTOMS: A chronic and nagging feeling REMEDY: Self observation
Seeing The World In Black And White Judgement made based on merits
only. Politics, emotions judgement do not
play a role. Meritocrats Do I really want to change?
Doing Too Much, Pushing Too Hard Do you often find yourself frustrated
with the lack of effort of others, feeling that they’re simply not
pulling as much weight as you do? REMEDY:
Ask others about their opinion you. Try trusting and delegating work to
others.
Avoiding conflicts.

As for me, I actually saw glimmers of two habits in myself and I’m working on correcting them.
