On October 11, 2013, the Borough of Columbia filed with the Pennsylvania Public UtilityCommission ("PUC" or "Commission") an Application for an Electric Generation Supplier ("EGS")License at the above-referenced docket. In the Certification of Publication and letter accompanying theApplication, we noted that we had not yet received the requested photostatic copies of the Notices ofPublication from all necessary newspapers of general circulation, but that we would file these Notices at alater date once they were received.
