Tasks:- Definition of the leather defatting process: depickling, defatting, pickling and tanning - Perform defatting test on pickled sheep-skins at semi-industrial level with the selected product (EDF20), - Evaluate the effectiveness of the product in different quantities (2, 3, 4 and 5% on weight of skin inside the tanning drum)
