Burgess Marine Aquires MeercatIt’s been a busy period for Meercat Workboats. The UK’s largestindependent ship repairer, Burgess Marine, has successfully acquired100% of the share capital in Meercat Workboats Ltd.

Our intent is to develop Meercat by gradually expanding the company’sproduct range and facilities. We’re looking at barges, canal tugs, largerclass approved workboats and the potential for further ‘Sure Build’ stylealuminium builds."
