10 examples of font with discussion I used Photoshop to help design these ten examples of font for the masthead of my music magazine. I have selected some fonts that would suit the front cover through the process. I also selected fonts that would not stand out such as the first font as it doesn’t have that much detail and it looks too perfect with a straight line - this would be most suitable for a newsletter. However, as I developed the fonts, I was making progress by adding a few adjustments by adding some effects such as font 3. I used this unusual font called Reprise Stamp and it really brings out the stamping effect as it almost looks like something you see on a typical rock magazine such as Kerrang! In font 4, i decided to use the Warp Text option to make this example look more dynamic and not boring just leaving it straight. Font 7 looks like one of those words that are typed using a typing machine. I included a black rectangular shape to make it stand out but I feel like this is suitable for the cover lines. In the last 3 fonts, i experimented with Styles t add more detail on it. Font 8 looks so retro looki and I like the colour theme for this example but I t this is more appropriate for a gaming magazine. Furthermore, font 9 looks very organised- I spaced the letters in order to achieve a classy looking m head. Font 10 looks very energetic- I used of the Styles opt and I found the one where it has lots of vibrant colo In my opinion, the font and detail combine well together really gives out the party mood as well as making t example look more fun and exciting.

10 examples of font with discussion I used Photoshop to help design these ten examples of font for the masthead of my

music magazine. I have selected some fonts that would suit the front cover through the process. I also

selected fonts that would not stand out such as the first font as it doesn’t have that much detail and it looks too perfect

with a straight line - this would be most suitable for a

newsletter. However, as I developed the fonts, I was

making progress by adding a few adjustments by adding

some effects such as font 3. I used this unusual font called Reprise Stamp and it really

brings out the stamping effect as it almost looks like

something you see on a typical rock magazine such as

Kerrang! In font 4, i decided to use the Warp Text option to make this example look more dynamic and not boring just leaving it

straight. Font 7 looks like one of those words that are typed using a typing

machine. I included a black rectangular shape

to make it stand out but I feel like this is suitable for

the cover lines.

In the last 3 fonts, i experimented with Styles to add more detail on it. Font 8 looks so retro looking

and I like the colour theme for this example but I think this is more appropriate for a gaming magazine.

Furthermore, font 9 looks very organised- I spaced out the letters in order to achieve a classy looking mast

head.

Font 10 looks very energetic- I used of the Styles optionand I found the one where it has lots of vibrant colours. In my opinion, the font and detail combine well together. It

really gives out the party mood as well as making this example

look more fun and exciting.
