From the 10” Squares Fabric Pack, sort and cut (3) 6-1/2” squares for round pumpkins (9) 5” x 9-1/2” pieces for short pumpkins (6) 5” x 8-1/2” pieces for tall pumpkins

From the 10” purple stripe fabric, cut (1) 5” x 8-1/2” piece for tall pumpkin (1) 2” square for stem on orange striped short pumpkin

From Fabric 1, cut (12) 6-1/2” squares, centering motifs from the panel

From Fabric 2: For round pumpkin and panel pumpkin backgrounds, cut (4) 2-1/2 x WOF strips into: (15) 2-1/4” x 9-1/2” pieces (16) 2” x WOF strips, into: (30) 2” x 8” pieces (30) 2” x 2-3/4” pieces (60) 2” squares For the short pumpkins backgrounds, cut (3) 3-1/2” x WOF strips, into: (9) 3 1/2” x 9-1/2” pieces (2) 2” x WOF strips, into: (18) 2” x 4-1/4” pieces (2) 1-1/2” strips, into: (36)1-1/2” squares For the tall pumpkins backgrounds, cut (2) 1-1/2” x WOF strips, into: (12) 1-1/2” x 2-1/4” pieces (24) 1-1/2” squares Forthefirstandthirdborders,cut (11) 2-1/2” x WOF strips For the binding, cut (6) 2-1/2” x WOF strips

From fabric 3, cut (2) 2” x WOF strips, into: (23) 2” squares for pumpkin stems for round and short pumpkins (6) 1-1/2” squares for pumpkin stems for tall pumpkins (6) 2-1/2” x WOF strips for second border

1. On the backs of the (60) 2” squares of Fabric 2, draw a diagonal line from corner to corner. Place a drawn square on the corners of the 6-1/2” squares from the Fabric Pack and the 6-1/2” squares of Fabric 1 (panel motif) with right sides together. Sew directly on the line. Press out and trim the bottom two layers to 1/4”. Repeat for all 4 sides. Make a total of (12) from Fabric 1 and (3) from Fabric Pack.

2. Sew a 2” x 2-3/4” piece of Fabric 2 to both sides of a 2” square of Fabric 3. Press towards Fabric 2. Repeat to make a total of 15. Sew the piece to the top of the round pumpkins from step 1. Press up.Repeat to make 15.

8. Sew a 1-1/2” x 2-1/4” piece of fabric 2 to both sides of a 1-1/2” square of Fabric 3. Press towards Fabric 2. Sew the piece to the top of the tall pumpkins from step 7. Press towards up. Repeat to make 6.

9. Sew the pumpkins together in 6 rows, watching placement using quilt diagram. Press the pumpkin blocks in alternating directions by row (see below). Sew rowstogether.Pressdown.Sewonthefirst,secondand third borders.

10. Quilt, bind and enjoy!

3. Sew the 2” x 8” pieces of Fabric 2 to the sides of each round pumpkin. Press towards Fabric 2. Sew the 2-1/4” x 9-1/2” pieces of Fabric 2 to the top. Press towards fabric 2. The block should measure 9-1/2” square. Repeat to make a total of 15 round pumpkins.

4. On the backs of the (36) 1-1/2” squares of fabric 2, draw a diagonal line from corner to corner. Place a drawn square of the corners of the 5” x 9-1/2” pieces of various fabrics from Fabric Pack with right sides together. Sew directly on the line. Press out and trim the bottom two layers to 1/4”. Repeat for all 4 sides. Make a total of 9 short pumpkins.

5. Sew a 2” x 4-1/4” piece of Fabric 2 to both sides of a 2” square of Fabric 3. Press towards Fabric 2. Sew the piece to the top of the short pumpkin. Press up. Repeat to make 9.

6. Sew a 3-1/2” x 9-1/2” piece of Fabric 2 to the top of each short pumpkin. Press towards Fabric 2. The block should measure 9-1/2” square. Make a total of 9. Note: For the orange stripe pumpkin, use the 1-1/2” square of purple stripe instead of the 1-1/2” square of Fabric 3 to make a contrasting stem.

7. On the backs of the (24) 1-1/2” squares of fabric 2, draw a diagonal line from corner to corner. Place a drawn square of the corners of the 5” x 8-1/2” pieces of various fabrics for tall pumpkins with right sides together. Sew directly on the line. Press out and trim the bottom two layers to 1/4”. Repeat for all 4 sides. Make a total of 6 tall pumpkins.
