blockage4. Treat – acupressure

Prepare Hands – “Exercise” Press one hand against the other with palms flat andall the fingers together

Press one hands against the other with the thumbsseparated from the other fingersBend fingers back on each hand, using the other handRepeat for 4 – 6 times

HAND SUPINE POSITION1.Lung Meridian – 1 inch below clavicle – pass upper extremity (arm) – thumb (R&L)

2. Pericardium Meridian – 3 inches below clavicle – Middle finger

3. Heart Meridian – before armpit – small finger

HAND PRONE POSITION1. Small Intestines – front of ear – neck, arm – small finger

2.Triple Burner – Heater Meridian – 1 inch away from ear –neck - arm – ring finger

3. Large Intestine – Bottom of ear – neck – arm – thumb

Starting point – THIGHS (lower extremeties ) R & L1. Stomach – facing front – middle of thigh- moving down to big toe

2. Spleen Meridian – back of thigh- 1 inch to side – 2nd toe

3. Liver Meridian – (start knees)1 inch back of knees – Big Toe

4. Kidney Meridian – (back of knees) – Popliteal-plantar (mid) portion of foot5. Gall Bladder – (front) Middle of thigh – 4th toe

6. Urinary Bladder – Middle of Buttocks – Heels (right and left)
