• Be sure that intended placement of building is within your property lines.

• Measure the size of the intended building site and make sure you have a level wooden or concrete foundation.

• Do not build shed over utility lines (i.e. gas, electrical, telephone, cable, etc).

All you need to provide is a level surface of either wood or concrete, the size of the desired garage.In addition, you will need a drill with a #1 phillips head, hammer, measuring tape, pliers and a ladder.
