Our European Capital Markets Group comprises of representatives from France, Germany, Spain, Italy and the UK. The core European markets of France, Germany and the UK continue to absorb the majority of cross border investment and currently account for the majority of European investment volume. We have also seen European investors coming back to the Spanish and Italian markets very strongly. The positive economic outlook in
Spain has improved international investors’ confidence. Recovery in Italy is driven by foreign buyers who have regained their confidence due to a much more stable political and economic outlook. We also deliver investment capabilities in the Czech Republic, Belgium, Greece, Netherlands, Norway, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland and Turkey.

With 150 professionals in several offices, the Nexity Conseil & Transaction team covers the entire French market.
In 2014, Nexity Conseil & Transaction participated in the realisation of 550 transactions representing nearly 550,000 sq m of offices and business premises located in France.
The French market had its third best year of the decade in 2014:
