Frankie RougesFrankie Rouges is a 19 year old Art student. He was born to French parents in Watford, London. His family then moved down to Cambridge when Frankie was aged 10. Frankie was quite a scrawny child and was frequently bullied at middle school. He was, however, very creative and le! school with high grades. Alongside studying Graphic design at Kings College (London) he is also an independent musician. He is a big fan of modern pop art, particularly Andy Warhol. He started smoking at the age of 16. Rouges’ family are catholic. Frankie learnt to sing a!er being a member of his local choir group from a young age and was encouraged to do so by his mother.

A!er receiving his "rst synthesizer as a christmas present at the age of 14, he began to make electronic music under the name, “F.R”. Ge#ing nowhere with this strange, experimental form of music, he decided to ditch his keyboards for a microphone and join a punk rock band. $e Red Hand Gang were looking for a new lead singer a!er their last one moved away to the US. Frankie auditioned and put himself across as a rather tough character. Unaware of his electronic past, they ‘hired’ him. $ey soon realize that he isn’t as tough as he looks and when things begin to get dangerous and illegal, he begins to get scared and appear quite feeble.

$e actor to take on this role would have to have dark hair. A tall and athletic character would not suit this character. A rather more sophisticated and rugged looking male would suit this role. Personally, I feel Vladimir Consigny (known in the UK for playing ‘Patrice’ in ‘$e Inbetweeners’) would be a suitable candidate for the role of Frankie as, for a start he’s french and dosen’t particularly give off a physically strong image. However, the strong language barrier and accent may hinder him in this role, as Frankie has lived in the UK all his life.
