“100% Non-Hybrid,Non GMO Heirloom Seed Varieties”

The majority of varieties listed are Heirlooms that have been established in Australia for over 50 years. Heirloom seeds have been grown for several generations & have great flavour, long harvesting periods and you can save the seeds. We are committed to producing quality seed and having these available through the catalogue & website.

We are graciously thankful to our seed growers for their dedication and contributions. It is becoming ever so important for seeds to be produced in Australia with increasing quarantine restrictions to seed imports. Ultimately by supporting seeds that are grown locally will ensure diversity & security of heritage & heirloom varieties. Seed producers are welcome to make enquiries.

The nursery is Certified Organic with ‘Organic Growers of Australia’. Nursery stock plants are grown & hardened to outside conditions.

We thank all our awesome members and customers foryour great support over the years and helping us in continuing what we love doing. May you have a fantastic growing season!

Best wishes Neville, Sophia & Staff

IntroductionWelcome to the 2017/18 Greenpatch Catalogue! It is the era for celebrating and we are getting closer towards Greenpatch’s 25th Anniversary in March 2018!

We have been very fortunate here on the East Coast of NSW to have experienced relief from the past Summer’s very hot and dry weather followed by good rain that allowed for all the seed crops to complete their growing cycle & harvest.

At Greenpatch our aim is to collect, grow & re-distribute rare and unusual seeds & plants that are not commonly available. Then all gardeners and growers can love them too. There are new non-hybrid corn varieties, an increased flower range, new herbs and stunning cottage garden perennials.

There has been an addition of 81 new varieties of seeds & plants in this year’s catalogue. Due to the limited space in the catalogue, the new varieties of succulents, geraniums and books are accessible via our website only. Please visit - www.greenpatchseeds.com.au

‘Greenpatch’s 25th Anniversary’As part of our 25th Anniversary we are introducing to our current & new Greenpatch Members, 10% off all seeds and plants for 1 Year $29.00 or 2 Years $54.00 plus 1 free seed packet!

‘Over 700 varieties produced onsite’With over 700 varieties of seeds and plants grown on our farm on the Mid-North Coast - there is plenty of choice!

“Visit Us”If you are travelling through or near Taree – please stop in and have a stretch! We are only 900m from the Pacific Highway. Take a walk through the extensive gardens and see how the seed growing areas are doing. The nursery and shop is also open Monday–Friday, 9am-4.30pm.
