13,000 words.. an ultimate guide or post can set you apart from other posts written on the same subject in sheer size and comprehensive attention to the details you’ve provided in the content you’ve written. Write content that is high quality and massive that people will want to share with others.



USE ELLO• Ello gained traction over Facebook’s real name policy. Since then it has

experienced massive growth. Share your content here and get discovered by other Ello’ers.



USE SOUP.IO• This is a microblogging platform that doesn’t follow the same parameters of traditional

blogging. However you are free to publish whatever you like here with the potential for content to be viewed by it’s userbase of over 4 million users.



USE IMGUR• Imgur has a powerful and massive userbase. However the key here to get referral traffic

is to “participate”. This is a very particular community that reminds me of Reddit. Provide quality content and you’ll reap the benefit of quality referral traffic too.



CREATE AN ABOUT.ME PAGE• Setup a page about you and your business. Complete as much of it as possible so that you

essentially provide any visitors to your page as many outlets as possible for them to visit your blog. Your about.me page will even allow you to connect your RSS feed to your page so it’s constantly updated with your newest content too.



SETUP A PAGE ON LIVEJOURNAL• This is meant to compliment your blog and website. Members of Livejournal will be able

to interact with you, follow you and your content that is pushed to the Livejournalwebsite. This is another opportunity to acquire referral traffic from a social media platform.
