Matthias WorgullDr Matthias Worgull currently works at theInstitute for Microstructure Technology at

Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe (Karlsruhe Insti-tute of Technology), Germany. His degree fromthe University of Karlsruhe was in MechanicalEngineering. Jie ZhaoMs Jie Zhao obtained her first degree in Mecha-tronics Engineering at Xian Shiyou University,China, in 2005, and an MSc in Mechatronicsand Automation Engineering at the University ofStrathclyde, in 2006. In 2007 she started researchin micro-manufacturing as a Research Assistant.Her work has been a mixture of mechatronics,machine/tool development, experimentation formicro-manufacturing, requirement engineering,as well as project management.
