    Dear ,

We registered you as the agent for s immigrant visa case: DHK . Please visitour website at http://nvc.state.gov for English or http://nvc.state.gov/espanol for Spanish and work with theapplicant to complete steps two through six of the NVC process:

Step 2: Pay feesStep 3: Submit visa application formStep 4: Collect financial documentsStep 5: Collect supporting documentsStep 6: Submit documents to the NVC

Included with this letter is the Immigrant Visa Fee invoice(s) you will need if you have to pay your ImmigrantVisa Fee(s) by mail. If you did not receive an Immigrant Visa Fee Invoice for any applicant who should be listedon this case, do not submit a fee payment for the applicant. Instead, please contact the NVC and we will help you.

Important Notes: If the applicant intends to adjust with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), please contact the

NVC before taking further action or making any payments. Children who pass 21 years of age after the petition was originally approved by the USCIS become ineligible

to accompany or join the applicant(s) immigrating to the United States under the original petition. In somesituations, the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) may allow children to remain eligible beyond 21 years ofage. If you believe that the CSPA applies to this case, please send a detailed explanation to the NVC. We willforward it to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate for a decision.

After you complete the steps above, we will review the forms and documents you submit to us. If something ismissing or incorrect, we will tell you how to fix it. Otherwise, we will schedule this case for a visa interview atthe U.S. Embassy or Consulate in DHAKA, BANGLADESH.

    Termination of Registration

The petition may be reinstated if, within two years of notice of visaavailability, the alien establishes that the failure to apply was for reasons beyond the alien's control. Therefore if you do not respond to notices from the National Visa Center within one year you risktermination of your petition under this section of law and would lose the benefits of that petition, such asyour priority date.
